Kale is a variety of collard greens. After germination, it ripens in 70-80 days. The head of cabbage is missing. The leaves are similar to salad leaves, large and curly, green in color with a bluish tint. After ripening it turns purple. Externally the variety is decorative. With good care, the plant reaches a height of at least 1 meter. The plant is frost-resistant; in autumn it can withstand even sub-zero temperatures (down to -15°C). After defrosting, excellent taste remains and even improves.
