Salad “Snowflake” is an ultra-early, high-yielding variety, ripening in 20-25 days. Plants with a rosette 20-25 cm in diameter with elongated, yellowish-green leaves with wavy and carved edges coexist well with other vegetables. The tasty, crunchy leaves are used in fresh salads and to garnish dishes.

Seeds of this variety of vegetables are sown in April in sunny areas in loose, fertile, moist soil. Sowing continues at intervals of 10-14 days until the end of the season.
